The 30 year-old Andrea is a fashion designer who just can’t say no when somebody needs her help… whether it’s her parents who constantly demand her help in their butcher shop or her boss who often makes Andrea work till midnight.
Always trying to help other people solve their problems, Andrea finds little time for herself…until the day she finds a strange lump in her breast that is diagnosed as breast cancer. The doctors advise immediate surgery to remove the breast and for the first time in her life Andrea is forced to really focus on herself, instead of everybody else.
The operation is successful and soon Andrea returns to her old ways, working late every day and helping her parents on the weekends, until she realizes that she can no longer go on like this.
Suddenly filled with the positive energy of wanting to really take care of herself, Andrea decides to completely turn her life around.
She starts with telling off her boss and quitting her job, a move that Andrea doesn’t regret. Next up are her parents and she finally gathers the nerve to refuse to slave for them every weekend. And finally her boyfriend, who has never had time for her anyway…
Her life becomes somewhat chaotic, but Andrea is strong and hopeful enough to overcome every difficulty. When she opens her own designer shop and restores the peace with her parents, only one thing is missing to make her life complete… the love she has always been dreaming of.
