Mehmet is a bit of a loser, but he’s got a good heart – and a desperate need to get a job so he can marry his sweetheart Leyla. That makes him just the man for the wealthy, greedy and corrupt CEO Gerold. 
Gerold has hatched an intricate plan to bankrupt his own company and make a killing in the stock market, and all he needs is the right chump to appoint as the new chairman of the board: Mehmet!
For the gullible Mehmet, this comes just at the right time. He’s planning a traditional Turkish wedding with about 500 guests, which includes flying in his family from Ankara. 
For a young guy with no job, such a dream wedding is little more than a whimsical fantasy.
At first, Mehmet can hardly believe that he’s landed a job as an executive. Still, he quickly gets used to being chauffeured around in a big limousine. Being the boss is great fun, especially in a huge Mercedes with the Turkish flag flying from the roof!
But things don’t go quite as Gerold had expected. The press, investors and the employees all greet the new boss and his refreshing attitude with enthusiasm. On his first day, he wins their hearts with an honest and explosive speech and the stock price unexpectedly goes up.
Gerold tries to compensate by bringing Mehmet’s Turkish family into the media spotlight in the hope of scaring off local investors.
When that also fails to work, he goes for the jugular and drives away the company’s biggest customer.
Meanwhile, Mehmet has caught on to Gerold’s scheme and concentrates on understanding the company’s finances in order to foil the plan. He discovers that the corporation will soon collapse into bankruptcy unless they manage to make some money fast. 
When a Chinese customer who is considering giving the company a contract worth billions does in fact turn up, Gerold does his best to drive him away. Mehmet and his Turkish friends team up with the company’s employees to thwart Gerold’s plan and save the business… which would also mean that Mehmet could finally marry Leyla…
