It all begins with a car accident. A woman, bleeding heavily from a gunshot, stumbles across the path of Lohmann´s car. Recognizing her, he brings the woman to his home instead of delivering her to a hospital emergency room, but he’s unable to save her. Ina finds a gold necklace in the garage, and in order to quiet her jealousies, Lohmann is forced to tell her the truth. He confesses to having led a double life.
