This is the story of the seventeen-year-old Diana and her friends and family, all who are struggling to cope with the pressures of modern-day society. Although they seek love, happiness and success, they are forced to deal with domestic violence, crime and addiction.

Diana is an ordinary teenager whose parents are divorced. Living with her mom Andrea and her stepfather Bogdan, she dreams of becoming a famous singer. Diana’s normal life, however, is about to undergo a drastic and frightening change.








While celebrating her 17th birthday at a nearby park, Diana and her friends are offered cocaine by Mario, a local drug dealer and the boyfriend of her best friend Georgiana. After their little party starts to get out of hand, Mario gets into a fight with two of Diana’s friends, injuring one so severely he eventually dies…





In the subsequent whirlwind of events, Diana is shocked to discover that not only had Mario hooked Georgiana on drugs, she had also aborted his baby, which results in the enraged drug dealer threatening her life.








Determined to help her friend, Diana decides to set a trap for Mario. When the plan disastrously fails, Mario abducts Diana and forces her into a devastating life of prostitution.

Diana’s fate rests heavily in the hands of her parents, who must first resolve their own conflicts before they can rescue their daughter from the brutal hands of the mafia.
