Comedy Quiz Show | Format

Ever thought about getting a new haircut? Are you ready for a radically new look? Then this is just the show for you!

Welcome to “Cut-Club”, the quiz show where you can lose a lot more than just money.

Each 30-minute episode of “Cut-Club” begins with the production team arriving at selected hairdressers around the country - from a hip, urban stylist to a small-town barber.

First, the shops are equipped with hidden cameras, and then, the show’s host and hairstylist wait for their “victims” – the potential contestants.

Now the game begins! Once the possible contestant is seated, the host and hairstylist appear and make a surprising offer: win a lot of money, or lose a lot of hair!

If the contestant chooses to participate, a new round of “Cut-Club” begins.

Each candidate is asked 3 to 6 rounds of multiple-choice questions.

Every correct answer is rewarded with an increasing amount of money… but wrong answers are instantly punished with a brutal and irreversible change of hairstyle.

This could mean anything from losing a few centimeters, or having an entire eyebrow shaved off to even getting dyed some completely unnatural color.

There is only one thing for certain: with the prize money steadily increasing, so does the severity of the punishment. You might very well end up a punk!

After hearing the question, the contestants can quit the game. But with no risk, there is no gain – they can only win the big money if they continue placing their hair-do in danger.

In this show, the cash pot and the “punishments” are not set in stone - the host can raise the stakes as he wishes.

He can also throw in some “help-lines”, such as “look for the answer in one of the glossy magazines – the clock starts now”, “ask the next person that enters the hairdressers”, or “take ten items of clothing instead”.

When playing “Cut-Club”, there is only one thing you can rely on: This is “Cut-Club”. Once you decide to play, take no short cuts - you might just end up with one…
