Can a trash collector pass as an art director? Can a construction worker run a fancy restaurant?

“My boss does not know what he’s talking about!” It often seems that the boss is a creature from another planet that had mistakenly crash-landed in the office – without having the slightest of clues.

This new real life format takes a normal person with a regular job – “The Dazzler” – and positions him as the new boss in a completely different job environment.

The only catch: “The Dazzler” has absolutely no idea what he is doing. Outfitted with a fake personality, forged CV and phony press reports, he sets out to fool his new colleagues.

His completely unaware co-workers, believing that they are taking part in a job documentary, are in reality being filmed by the “Dazzler” team – both openly, in the guise of “revealing” interviews, as well as secretly with hidden cameras.

Meanwhile, the new boss goes about his daily business: leading the team, taking part in meetings and conference calls, briefing colleagues and talking to, motivating and criticizing employees. The only thing he must strenuously avoid is every contact with the actual work, which would of course blow his cover…

The experiment is over when one of two things happens: the fake boss is exposed, or one of his colleagues angrily quits. Imagine the surprise when the hoax is revealed and the employee gets a reward – a double monthly salary!

In this authentic social experiment, it is all about fake bosses, real employees and true emotions – and all combined with humor and suspense.
